Jennifer & Vita Nova significantly helped me with sound advice regarding technical problems with a different managment group.

As difficult as some property management firms can be at times, she guided me through step by step how to approach the issue and resolve the problems. The switch over between management contracts had some small financial hiccups and she fully assured to not sweat it and await the upcoming deadline and what to do thence.

She was right about all what took place and what to expect over those following weeks. Im grateful that Jennifer took the time to sit down and offer her experience and advice.

Thank you Jennifer!

I’ve really enjoyed working with Jennifer- her no-nonsense approach coupled with her genuine care and wry sense of humour goes a long way to engender not only trust, but a welcoming and warm experience.

She clearly knows her stuff, and I totally trust her with my clients.

I’ve had a professional relationship with Jennifer O’Connor at Schaaf Realty for over 15 years, and she’s always been my go-to realtor. I never hesitate to recommend her to friends and family because I know they’ll be in great hands. Jennifer is not only professional and knowledgeable, but she genuinely cares about her clients and always goes the extra mile to make sure they’re looked after. I truly appreciate the trust and consistency she brings to every transaction.
